Are you the right person for the job?
- understand – analyze – document customer needs and use cases with empathy;
- you manage and follow up the customers project
- build and maintain a good technical knowledge on Jira and their add-ons;
- provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training;
- maybe work on after-sales support services and providing technical backup
- make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
Daily Schedule
Analyzing customer’s requirements, challenging those requirements
Documenting the projects crisp and clear, well structured (in- and externally)
Follow-up of your projects, we value direct and transparent communication

Applications: Understanding of Issue trackers, wikis, continuous integration servers, source code control systems (GIT, Svn, …) workflows, queues, …

Concepts: Agile development methodologies, Configuration management, Devops, Business process modelling
