what will you do?
- Execute allround accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closures
- Track and chase invoices
- Maintain the analytical accounting records
- Take charge of controlling activities
- Check and challenge our numbers from a business point of view
- Prepare and optimize business reports for board and management meetings
- Work closely together with the finance department
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Who are you?
- Proven experience as an accountant
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting principles and software
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Hands-on and pro-active approach
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in accountancy or relevant field is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Dutch (Native level), French and English, in written and verbal form
- Attention to detail
- Critical mindset
- Not afraid to reach out and ask about or challenge numbers that require explanation
